Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from voxmart. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 3 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to customer negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for details.

2. Return Process?

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our quality check team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your request is eligible.
  3. Package the product securely, including all original packaging and documentation, and clearly mark the return authorization number on the package.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 8 - 14 days.

3. Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify your exchange preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refund Information

Refunds for returned products will be issued using bank account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
